Each piece is made to measure and unique. Our hides are sourced from dormant stocks of the major houses, as well as from certain tanneries that comply with REACH regulations. Our textiles come exclusively from dormant or vintage stocks. Some materials may show signs of experience, but this does not detract from the charm of the product.
• Price
The prices shown are in euros including VAT (20%). Shipping costs are not included in the price. Product prices are subject to change.
• Payments
We only accept credit card payments via Stripe. Credit card payments are 100% secure through the Stripe platform, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card data in a secure host environment.
• Privacy policy
ONE SHOT STUDIO undertakes not to divulge the personal information of customers.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
• Conditions of delivery
The articles in the “LE SHOP” sections are made to order. We make them between 1 week and 3 weeks depending on the number of orders in progress. We are therefore able to send them within 3 days to 3 weeks.
For customize pieces made to order “MAKE YOUR OWN”, the delivery time can be between 1 week and 8 weeks depending on the work to be carried out: the design, the choice of materials that we will make together before sewing the product.
All orders leave from our Studio, where the pieces are made, based in Lille, France.
• Returns
Exchanges and returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of the package.
Conditions: the item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging with the guarantee TAG still sealed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges without your notification. Returns must be made with a traceability method.
Shipping costs related to the return of the item are the responsibility of the customer.
Taxes and customs duties on international shipments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case of misuse.
• Warranty limit
Customized “MAKE YOUR OWN” items are not exchangeable or refundable.
